What currency are your prices?

All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).



How soon can we start our project from engagement?

Depending on how busy we are, we commence the work 2-4 weeks after engagement. If there are heavier periods when we are quite busy, we will schedule your project 1-3 months in advance.



I don't live in Australia, will that matter for our project?

No it won't matter! We can communicate through email, video call from anywhere around the world. We are happy to work with everyone!



What is the process for the designs?

When we work with our clients we kindly request a 25% non-refundable deposit which secures your booking before any project. After this, we schedule a consultation where we discuss your goals, objects and we get to know each other a bit better. The consultation just helps us understand if we are both on the same page in terms of colours, fonts & what design you are looking for! The next step we begin researching colours palettes and fonts in preparation for the logo design. We send regular updates on the project along the way to keep you involved. Upon finalising all of the designs, full payment is required upon the completion of the project in order to recieve all of the files for your business.



How long is the turn around for the designs?

The turn around differs for each package. We are happy to accomodate for your timeline as well. If you are unsure about the timeline of the project please email us.



Can I have a single logo design?

All of our logo designs are in packages. We recommend the branding packages as it helps your brand remain consistent across your website, packaging, business cards & social media. Branding is more than a logo design, it represents your entire business! It is a very important aspect and if you are wanting to invest in your business, we definitely recommend the branding packages as it will help you the most.



Will the designs be pixelated?

No they won't. All of our designs are vectorised using Adobe Illustrator, they are the highest quality. We remove the pixels which allows for any printing to be done straight away.



Do you offer any printing services?

We don't specialise in printing at the moment. However, we do offer print design eg. business cards, pamphlets and more. As soon as we offer any physical printing services we will let you know!
